Israel May Boost Wheat Imports, Cut Corn Buying, USDA Unit Says
Israel may import 1.6 million metric tons of wheat in the year beginning July 1, up from 1.5 million a year earlier, a unit of the U.S. Department of Agriculture said in a report posted today on its website.
Corn imports may fall to 1 million tons in the year beginning Oct. 1, from 1.25 million a year earlier, the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service said.
